White Couverture Chocolate is perfect for use in simplifying and enriching your baking experience. Its texture is characteristically creamy, milky and white in colour. The chocolate gets its flavour from yeast and mould present in it. It is made from high-quality fat, carbohydrate and protein content and is perfect for baking cakes, pastries, croissants, and other baked goods. You can store this chocolate for up to 24 months from the date of packaging. Make sure the product is carefully stored at a median temperature of 20-25 degrees Celcius in a cool, dry place which is not in contact with any direct sunlight or heat. We also recommend you do not store the chocolate in a place with strong odours and fluctuating temperatures as that can hamper the nutrients present in the chocolate.
